True entrepreneurs are always changing their attitude and learning how to solve problems. Its only when a person’s thinking becomes settled, that their attitude can hold back their own growth and their company’s growth.
Often when investors say “that founder isn’t coachable” what they really mean is that person is stuck in their own thinking. They have a poor attituded. And thus the RISK is too high.
