All too often there is a belief that Founders just don’t have what it takes to become a CEO and build a big company that makes the investors lots of money. Founders don’t have the skills to lead a big company.
Well…BS. Jim Collin’s reminds us in the book “BE 2.0 – Beyond Entrepreneurship 2.0” that this is just wrong thinking.
In this episode, I talk about and recommend Jim’s book to any CEO; and I mean any CEO from newbie to experienced! I’ve read the book 4 times and I learn something more each time.
The book alone won’t do a thing for you. You must do the work yourself — the thinking and reflecting.
That means, after reading each chapter, paragraph, or page, take some time to reflect on what he says and determine whether you agree or not and why.
