Founders might think building a great business begins with the idea, but Michelle says to “Exit Rich” begin with the exit in mind.  To have a great exit there are 6 P’s that every business needs.

• Why is “People” first on the list?
• What’s important about your “Product”?
• Managing the “Process” not people.
• Using “Propriety” to protect your business with a competitive moat 
• Maximizing customers diversity or “Patrons” to reduce risk
• A lack of “Profits” is always a symptom of not operating on one of the five Ps correctly
