- Five Ways to Increase SaaS Activation Rates – For me the “Slack Channel” to connect customers is a great way to create community; and certainly “talking to cancellations before they can cancel” is flat out critical but easy to overlook as we focus on making it easy! Making it easy should not be more important than solving peoples problems!
